Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Process Automation Analyst to work closely with operations teams to identify inefficiencies, eliminate manual or paper-based processes, and implement digital workflow solutions using no-code platforms such as Lark Suite and Google AppSheet.
This role combines responsibilities across business analysis, process improvement, platform administration, and no-code application development. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, operationally minded, and capable of translating business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with operations and business users to understand current workflows, operational challenges, and process gaps.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and operational improvement.
Propose practical and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and eliminate paper-based processes.
Design, develop, and maintain business applications, forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports using no-code platforms such as Lark Suite and Google AppSheet.
Configure workflow automation, approval flows, notifications, and task management processes.
Build and maintain data structures and application logic to support operational requirements.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of deployed applications.
Manage user access, permissions, and application configurations.
Provide user training, onboarding, and operational support for deployed solutions.
Monitor application usage and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure applications and workflows are properly documented and maintained.
Collaborate with operations, warehouse, logistics, and other business departments to drive digital transformation initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
Support deployment, stabilization, and transition activities to ensure operational continuity.
Requirements
Core Technical Skills
Strong understanding of business process workflows and operational procedures.
Familiarity with no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
Good understanding of data management concepts and spreadsheet-based systems.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, or scripting is an added advantage.
Experience & Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations support and no-code application development, or related areas.
Experience with no-code platforms such as Lark Suite, Google AppSheet, Power
Platform, or similar tools is an advantage.
Experience working with operations, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
