IT Project Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for finance accounting system and process optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee Accounting system implementation and integration with existing IT infrastructure.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, vendors, and third-party consultants.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably involving finance or accounting systems.
Proven experience managing system implementation or ERP projects related to finance modules.
Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and their integration with IT systems.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and working with external vendors or consultants.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within tight timelines.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
