IT Executive - Lark Work Flow Developer
IT Executive – Lark Workflow Developer designs, builds and supports automation workflows and mini apps using Lark to help MR.DIY digitize and streamline processes across departments.
The IT Executive – Lark Workflow Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting automation workflows and mini applications using the Lark platform. This role plays a key part in enabling departments across MR.DIY to digitize and streamline their processes through Lark Forms, Bases, Workflows, and Integration capabilities. The candidate should ideally be familiar with Lark or have a strong ability to quickly learn and apply Lark tools effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Lark Base, Form, Workflow, and App solutions to support internal process automation needs.
Collaborate with various departments to understand operational requirements and propose effective Lark-based automation solutions.
Support departments in creating and improving their Lark mini-applications and dashboards.
Perform feasibility analysis, process mapping, and documentation for automation initiatives.
Ensure all solutions comply with internal standards, data accuracy, and security protocols. Coordinate testing with users and provide go-live support including troubleshooting and enhancements.
Document technical flows, user guides, and solution architecture clearly for ongoing support.
Continuously monitor performance of deployed workflows and recommend optimizations.
Maintain and improve reusable Lark templates and components for common use cases.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
Experience or strong interest in working with Lark platform (Forms, Bases, Automation, Workflows, Bots).
0–2 years’ experience in workflow design, application support, or process automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with non-technical business users.
Logical and structured thinking with good problem-solving ability.
Willingness and ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly.
Basic understanding of automation or scripting concepts is a plus.
Experience with other workflow or RPA
Preferred Qualities:
Hands-on experience with Lark system (Base, Form, Workflow, Bot, Integration) is highly preferred.
Ability to translate business needs into system-based solutions with minimal supervision.
Curious, self-driven, and passionate about digital transformation and internal enablement.
