Ensure smooth operation of automated material handling systems. Lead maintenance teams, manage preventive maintenance, and resolve breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems.
Maintenance Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Scope of work to involve with 3 major field, Mechanical, Electrical & Robotic under guidance from superior.
To arrange repair, service and maintain machineries, equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operation on production flow.
To schedule, conduct and follow up preventive maintenance plan and monitor the execution to ensure machineries and equipment always upkeep in good condition.
To follow up the process of spare part inventory and procurement costs to ensure it is properly managed all the time.
To handle and analyse machine and equipment parts failure and to propose and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence and minimize downtimes.
To ensure maintenance technician are instilled and abided to safety rules and regulation.
To lead and manage maintenance technician team.
To handle user complaint and monitor site service arrangement.
To ensure site services are attended with correct technical application toward the specifications.
To record and analyse site service findings and follow up with corrective and preventive action.
Requirement:
Experience with Material handling system (MHS) such as conveyor, lifter, AGV/AMR, ASRS.
Willing to work with shift upon requested by management.
Standby for on call breakdown 24/7.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in relevant discipline
Must willing to work at MR DIY HQ, Seri Kembangan
