Talent Referral Programme (TRP) – Executive & Above
The Talent Referral Programme (TRP) encourages employees to refer strong candidates for Executive-level roles and above across all MR D.I.Y. Entities. The programme is open to all full-time office-based employees, with the exception of C-suite leaders, HR personnel, hiring managers, contract/temporary staff, interns, and ex-employees.
Referrals must be new candidates who have not applied or interviewed with any MR D.I.Y. Entity in the past 12 months. Each referral remains valid for 12 months, and only the earliest submission will be honoured if multiple employees refer the same candidate.
Rewards are paid one month after the referred candidate’s confirmation, subject to management approval. Both the referrer and the referred candidate must still be employed at the time of payout. There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can submit.
This TRP replaces all previous referral programmes for office-based employees, and MR D.I.Y. reserves the right to amend or terminate the programme at any time.

Employee Referral Program (ERP) – HQ Non Executive & Retails
The Employee Referral Program (ERP) is your chance to help bring great people into our stores and warehouses—and get rewarded for it! All full-time ground employees can join in, except contract/temporary staff, interns, ex-employees, HR, hiring managers, or anyone directly involved in recruitment.
You can refer anyone who hasn’t applied or interviewed with any MR D.I.Y. Entity in the last 12 months. Each referral stays valid for a full year, and if more than one person refers the same candidate, the earliest submission gets the reward.
The best part—the rewards!
You’ll receive your referral reward in two stages:
- First payout: during the candidate’s first week of onboarding
- Second payout: after the candidate’s confirmation
Both you and your referred candidate must still be employed when each reward is paid out. And yes—you can refer as many people as you like!
This ERP replaces all previous referral programmes for ground employees. MR D.I.Y. may update or end the programme at any time.
