Expansion & Growth, Assistant Manager / Manager
Support international expansion, market research, project execution, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and strategic business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, development, and execution of international expansion and strategic growth initiatives, including market entry strategies, business expansion frameworks, operating processes, and new market setup to support scalable business growth.
Drive cross-functional coordination across business units including operations, finance, merchandising, HR, IT, marketing, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of expansion projects and store rollout activities.
Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, site analysis, and commercial assessments to support strategic decision-making and expansion planning.
Support the setup and operational readiness of new businesses and retail locations, including timeline tracking, issue escalation, stakeholder coordination, and execution monitoring.
Support commercial evaluations and business case analyses, including financial modelling, project economics, expansion feasibility assessments, and performance tracking to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare management reports, project updates, presentation materials, and strategic recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and follow up with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure project deliverables, timelines, and milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, startup, retail expansion, project management, or related fields.
Experience in retail, consumer, FMCG, or fast-paced operational environments would be an added advantage.
Exposure to cross-functional project coordination, expansion initiatives, or multi-stakeholder environments is preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to cross-border stakeholder coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
