Executive Assistant (EA)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the C-suite’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support daily operations.
Utilize Al tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Assist with both business and personal/household errands and arrangements.
Organize and support event planning and team bonding activities.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written is required due to job nature).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
Familiarity with Al tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) is highly preferred.
Willingness to support both professional and personal matters.
Experience in professional content creation or social media management is a plus.
