Manage the end-to-end performance appraisal process, including review cycles, calibration sessions, and documentation to ensure fair, consistent, and accurate performance evaluations across the organization.
Partner with managers on KPI setting, goal alignment, and employee development planning to ensure individual performance supports overall business objectives.
Coach and guide managers on effective performance management practices, including feedback delivery, employee coaching, and performance improvement discussions to strengthen people management capabilities.
Monitor, analyze, and track employee performance trends to effectively identify high performers, underperformers, and potential talent gaps for proactive workforce planning.
Conduct HR data analytics and prepare performance-related reports and insights to support data-driven decision-making by business leadership.
Manage promotion review and approval cycles to ensure transparent, accurate, and timely employee progression decisions.
Evaluate promotion recommendations based on performance, readiness, and business needs to support fair career advancement opportunities.
Collaborate with business leaders on succession planning and internal talent mobility initiatives to strengthen talent pipeline and employee career growth.
Ensure all performance and progression processes are aligned with company policies, governance standards, and organizational objectives.
