Payroll Senior Officer
Responsible for accurately monitoring and verifying employee attendance record, leave, resigned information, to ensure precise payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, verify, and maintain accurate employee attendance records.
Manage and update employee leave data in the system.
Ensure all resignation, termination, and new joiner information is properly recorded and reflected in payroll processing.
Support end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Check and reconcile payroll data, including attendance discrepancies and adjustments.
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements related to payroll.
Maintain proper documentation and payroll records for audit purposes.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing (preferable).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
