Procurement (Accessories) Executive
We are looking for a Procurement (Accessories) Executive to join our growing procurement team. Join us to grow careers & business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate new product proposals and product listings for the accessories category.
Conduct market surveys and price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.
Source and shortlist suitable suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Monitor warehouse and store inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability.
Follow up and ensure timely delivery of products from suppliers.
Monitor sales performance and assist in demand forecasting and product planning.
Prepare and review reports, sales analysis, and forecasts together with counterparts.
Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
Maintain proper procurement records and documentation.
Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in procurement, retail, or FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
