Executive, Inventory Planning and Optimization (Admin)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate operational resources, including office supplies, equipment, and inventory, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Provide comprehensive administrative and reporting support, including email correspondence and ad-hoc assignments, to enhance overall team efficiency
Assist in monthly inventory planning and forecasting, while closely monitoring stock levels to maintain optimal availability and operational continuity
Liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-border teams (including China counterparts) to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational and inventory processes
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset
High level of attention to detail, supported by strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English, and/or Malay to support cross-border communication
Fresh graduates and early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
