Detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, supplier coordination and product planning for the stationery category, ensuring compliance and optimizing product assortment.
Conduct market research to identify new stationery product trends and business opportunities.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and commercial terms.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and support demand forecasting and product allocation.
Ensure all products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers on product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Monitor product performance and support improvements in product assortment.
Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
