Executive, Procurement (Pet Category)
We are looking for a Executive, Procurement (Pet Category) to join our growing procurement team. Join us to grow careers & business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new product trends and opportunities within the pet category.
Source and evaluate suppliers based on product quality, pricing, and delivery terms.
Assist in product selection and procurement activities for the assigned category.
Analyse sales data and market trends to support demand forecasting and product allocation.
Ensure products comply with company standards and relevant regulations.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to support daily operations.
Build and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports and documentation.
Support ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or procurement would be an added advantage.
Basic analytical and negotiation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
