Senior Technician, Aircond Maintenance
We are looking for a building or facility maintenance to join our growing BD team. Join us to grow careers & business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out daily preventive maintenance tasks assigned by the superior/Manager.
Perform troubleshooting, repair and servicing for: Electrical and lighting systems, Roller shutters & dock levellers, Air-conditioning systems, Civil works (tiling, painting, minor carpentry), Plumbing and sanitary systems
Assist in troubleshooting and corrective works.
Support/assist contractors/vendors during on-site works.
Record and update daily maintenance checklists and job completion reports.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during all maintenance activities.
Perform any maintenance-related tasks assigned by superior, including office arrangement, office repair, and general facility upkeep.
Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in building or facility maintenance.
Certificate in Aircond is (Advantage)
Strong technical knowledge in electrical, air-conditioning, roller shutters, plumbing, and general facilities.
Hands-on, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
Pro-active and strong problem-solving mindset.
Communicate and coordinate between internal or external parties.
