Key Responsibilities
Collect and manage data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Prepare and present monthly reports to departments and management.
Support ad-hoc projects, including simulations and before-and-after analysis.
Provide analytical support to various departments based on business needs.
Participate in operational research to improve processes and optimize business initiatives.
Develop and automate reports using relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Operational Research, Computer Science, or related fields.
Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong numeracy and reporting skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Python and SQL is an added advantage.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
