Data Analyst Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Management
Lead, coach, and develop a team responsible for procurement insights, analytics, and reporting.
Set clear goals and priorities for the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of insights and reports.
Foster a collaborative, analytical, and solution-oriented team culture.
Support team members in developing analytical and business interpretation skills.
2. Data Analysis & Insights
Analyse procurement and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations that support procurement strategies.
Monitor key performance indicators such as product seasonality, inventory movement, supplier fulfilment performance, out-of-stock rates, procurement efficiency metrics
3. Reporting & Business Intelligence
Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance across procurement reporting.
Continuously improve reporting frameworks to enhance visibility and decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with procurement teams, supply chain, operations, and other business stakeholders to understand information needs.
Provide data-driven insights to support procurement planning, supplier management, and inventory optimization.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement within procurement analytics and reporting.
Develop better ways to track performance and highlight actionable opportunities.
Support data-driven initiatives that improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis, business analytics, procurement, retail, supply chain, or operations.
Experience managing or mentoring a team is an advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is desirable.
