Officer, Quality Management
We are looking for a detail orientated person our growing quality management team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Receive and compile MS Excel files from all assigned Stores.
● Follow up the tasks and reply to all messages using Google Chat.
● Perform Data Entry into the system, managing Data Quality and Accuracy.
● Record store-provided ARN details in MS Excel for proper documentation.
● Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in administrative, data entry, or operations support roles; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with good data management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
