Executive, Marketing
You will be the bridge between marketing promotion and in-store execution. You will be responsible for the Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) from the initial creative spark.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign & POSM Management: Plan and execute monthly promotional themes and seasonal campaigns. You will oversee the production of in-store POSM and manage the timeline for printing and distribution. You are responsible for ensuring that every store has the right collateral before the campaign "Go-Live" date.
Creative Design: Conceptualize and work closely with designers to create Key Visuals (KV) and various POSM assets that align with the brand identity while driving high conversion. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (Procurement, Operations, Visual Merchandiser & etc.) and external vendors.
Performance Measurement: Track the effectiveness and performance of the campaign and promotions such as sales data.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports for every campaign and promotions, providing actionable insights and ROI analysis to the management team
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
● 1–2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, campaign coordination, retail marketing or related
roles.
● Basic understanding of campaign planning and execution.
● Exposure to POSM coordination, including artwork preparation, printing, and distribution timelines.
● Ability to work with designers or creative teams to develop Key Visuals (KV) and POSM materials.
● Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders.
● Able to track basic campaign performance and sales data to support reporting.
● Good organizational and time-management skills.
● Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
