Manager, E-Commerce Warehouse
Manage MR.DIY e-commerce warehouse end-to-end fulfilment and its daily operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound including inventory, manpower & warehouse expenses
Stock Movement data analysis.
Trouble shooting and fix the physical stock and system variance
Manpower planning based on the daily, weekly & monthly stock forecast
Assist in warehouse future expansion i.e. location, manpower & transportation
Develop SOP for warehouse department as well as enhance the existing SOP
Coordinate between e-commerce commercial team, logistic & corporate sales team
Perform any other functions or ad hoc project assigned
Requirements:
Possessed at least Bachelor’s Degree in related to Supply Chain (Warehousing & Logistics)
At least 7 years on operations experience in warehousing, preferably e-commerce warehousing.
Organizational and analytical skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with robotic warehouse operations is essential. This includes knowledge of systems like RMS (Robotics Management System), GTP (Robot), and automated picking systems.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related processes
(inbound, replenishment, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and manifest creation) is crucial.
Knowledge of inventory control procedures, cycle counts, and stock take processes is required.
Understanding of safety procedures and regulatory requirements for warehouse operations.
Ability to manage a team and coordinate with other departments.
Possess drive and initiative, constantly seeking new way of doing things to make continuous improvements.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to communicate with all levels
