Business Intelligence Analyst

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing analyst team. Join us to grow careers & business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio to support business decision-making.

• Assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines in Google BigQuery.

• Write and tune SQL queries and Python script for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT).

• Support integration of data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across pipelines.

• Support reporting and analytics teams by providing clean and well-structured datasets.

• Help monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize BigQuery jobs and data workflows.

• Document processes, queries, and workflows for internal and external use.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.

• Proficient in Google Big Query, Microsoft Excel, Looker Studio, Python, Pandas, and SQL.

• Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts.

• Basic knowledge of data modeling concepts.

• Experience with data visualisation tools and database management is an added advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Fluency in Mandarin is required to support business communication needs.
