Executive, E-Commerce Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a versatile E-Commerce Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth across our digital platforms.

Job responsibilities:

• Store Operation: Manage marketplace platform store operation and data entry.

• Listing Optimization: Create and maintain high-quality product listings.

• Data Integrity: Ensure pricing, stock levels, and promotional mechanics are 100% accurate at all times.

• Livestream Hosting: Act as the face of the brand, hosting engaging live-selling sessions to drive real-time sales.

• Creative Content: Assist in scripting, filming, and basic editing of "thumb-stopping" video content (TikToks/Reels) to showcase product features and benefits.

• Strategic Copywriting: Rewrite product descriptions into compelling "benefit-driven" stories that convert.

• Campaign Support: Assist in the social media scheduling and campaign submission.

• Operational Agility: Provide support for cross-functional projects and evolving business needs as required.


Requirements:
• The Experience: Min 1–2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh grads with strong internship portfolios are welcome).

• The Tech Stack: Familiarity with Seller Center platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) and basic design/video tools (CapCut, Canva).

• The Personality: You are "camera-ready," high-energy, and possess excellent communication skills.

• The Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can pivot between a spreadsheet and a livestream studio.
