Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end tracking implementation across platforms (web & landing pages)
Set up and maintain: Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 event tracking & conversions, Meta Pixel &
Conversions API (CAPI) with proper deduplication.
Define and document event taxonomies, UTM structures, and conversion logic
QA and debug tracking issues using tools like Tag Assistant, Events Manager, and browser dev tools
Ensure tracking is privacy- and consent-compliant
Build dashboards and reports that translate data into clear business insights
Set up and manage performance campaigns across: Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search,Display, YouTube, PMax) , TikTok Ads, X(formerly known as Twitter)
Implement proper naming conventions, audiences, and campaign structure
Launch, monitor, and optimise campaigns based on performance data
Run structured A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyse funnel performance from impression to conversion
Identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunitiesProvide actionable recommendations backed by data (not vanity metrics)
Work closely with content teams to guide performance-driven content iterations
Support performance reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing
Strong experience with:
GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CAPI
Deep understanding of attribution, measurement limitations, and signal loss
Paid ads setup on Meta, Tiktok, and Google Ads (X optional)
Solid analytical skills — confident working with large datasets
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas)
