Procurement Executive
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our large and dynamic purchasing team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career while contributing to our continued business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to identify new product trends and opportunities
Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and terms.
Analysing sales data to identify trends, forecast demand for product allocation.
Ensure each product is comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Establish good relationships with all team members from various departments as well as suppliers
To performs other related duties and ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel/Power Point
Good communication, planning, coordination and monitoring skills
Detail-oriented person
Knowledgeable in retail processes.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team and independently.
Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
Able to speak, write & read Mandarin is a plus point.
